l Back at the branch for one day l

Wow I think that was the longest I�ve gone without updating in a long time. Most of the time when this occurs, it�s due to something bad going on but I have nothing but great news to report! While the training was long, boring & tedious, the Chris Isaak show was the most romantic night of my couple Dom. We drove up to the LBC & I took him to a restaurant right on the beach. I haven�t been there in years & they even had a jazz musician playing. He was still feeling a little under the weather at this point, I was very weary about him even having fun but once we got inside & the concert began. I don�t even describe it. Not one moment went by where we were not in each others arms snuggling, nuzzling & kissing. I strongly recommend every couple seeing a Chris Isaak show together at some point in your relationship!

One the way I received a phone call from my Grandma. She was in town until Saturday morning & invited me to dinner Friday night at the Water front Hilton. Of course there was no way I could not accept since I rarely get to see her. That excitement kept me going through the last day of orientation the next day. I had never been to the waterfront before & the dinner was wonderful! Talk about being pampered. I decided to have a little slumber party with Grams at the Hilton so after dinner we watched some TV & talked about family & my relationship. We even had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant down stairs before I took her to the airport and headed home. My Egyptian cotton sheets were waiting for me at the post office so of course I picked those up & tossed them directly in the washer. I seriously hope they do get softer the more I wash them because even though I have never had E.C. 600tc before it really didn�t feel like it.

I got home at 9A so I tried to nap while doing laundry but opted for movies instead. I did my best to not call Suisse because I knew he was at his bosses doing the electrical thing. I know him too well & he would call me once he was all done � he did too. We actually went shopping together & not only did we go to the mall but we ended up at Downtown Disney for a few hours well I [ahemkickedhisass] Mplayed some bubble hockey & air hockey with him for the first time in our relationship history. Then it was off to Target where we [GASP] bought baby clothes together & browsed all the baby toys etc. A friend of his back in Switzerland just had a baby so we bought a cute outfit for him & one for little Angelina too. It looked like we had twins if you didn�t know us. Both outfits were for 3mos. & adorable. It was one long day, but so much fun! I think we got home around 9P after our last stop picking up ding ding. We ate, watched a little TV but I was falling asleep nearly in my plate.

Yesterday, we woke up relatively early to check out the LB Renn faire but that fell through. We had some time before we could visit my LBG so we stopped by the SalGal�s to visit that recently married couple. We didn�t stay too long since we still were going to LBG�s & then off to the Dave Matthews concert. I wish we had stayed longer though because the concert was long & kind of disappointing. We got there on time according to the tickets: 430P & it was an outdoor venue [I didn�t know that]. It was hot, Jem was up first [one song I know] & then it was Ben Harper [again one song I know]. I was thoroughly bored with Harper & even after they were done it took forever for them to set up for Dave & Friends. Now the Black-eyed peas had been hyped up to play before Dave but I guess they went to the VMA�s instead. They didn�t even play the day before according to friends I know that went. Dave played about 3 songs I really knew, I had hoped for some of his stuff off of Some Devil but no luck since that was his �solo� album. Dave is really a musician�s musician. Everything was more about the music then anything. Just about every song lasted 10 minutes & became an acoustic act at the end. If they would have been of songs I knew that wouldn�t have been so boring but as it were I knew practically none of them & it was fucking freezing out. So we left early. It�s the first time I have ever left early from a concert. Nothing against you Dave. You are a great musician, I respect the hell out of you & you are so incredibly talented it blows me away but we were the only ones there not smoking weed so it got a little boring for us. Suisse is even less familiar with Dave then me. That is what I learned this weekend. I had Under the Table and dreaming years ago [both of them were stolen] & now I have Some Devil. That is the extent of my knowledge. I know a lot of the ones from his other album with Crash etc but apparently not enough. We still had fun, mostly laughing while people watching but fun just because we were together.

Now here I am, I watched Suisse go to work. We even joked around this morning & I dressed him up [picking out his clothes]. I didn�t want to leave as always but I had to. We have dinner plans for tomorrow night with Red & the little fam then after I get out of my training class at 3 on Thursday we are headed out for our Labor Day traveling bonanza weekend touring the Canyons of Grand, Bryce & more. Starting from Needles & coming back home through Vegas. I am so excited I can barely wait!

I hope I updated enough for you guys! I need to get back to my federal rules & regs reading. Did I mention I got a job offer to be the hostess of karaoke night at a huge casino? It's only $100 bucks & every Sunday but I get to sing while making money at the same time. Is worth the commute to the indian reservation?? That is what I need to decide I guess. It's only three hours of karaoke... one hundred bucks plus tips if any. Hmm.... Let me know what you all think. Big hugs & kisses from one ecstatic woman.
