l Exercise as an aphrodisiac? l

My venture to Season's studio last night was wonderful! I have not had that much fun in quite some time... exercising at least. KevinBacon was there, I did not know he took dance lessons at the studio! (mind you this is not the real Kevin Bacon, just a friend that looks like an ethnic version) Dancer gave me a private quick salsa lesson then the rest of the class was all about the Hussle! It was a lot more than I originally thought. I have to mention that one of the 'instructors' or guys that frequent the studio or something, was not a very good leader... But the cute one was easy to follow, I just noticed that both of them had a problem with the Sweetheart wrap move... they kept going the wrong direction, it was humourous. but whatever I am not complaining about free lessons!

I was planning on going to bed early but like that was actually going to happen. I was really in a randy mood! I don't know why... maybe all that dancing got my adrenaline going and that turned into an aphrodisiac or something but I was just HORNY! So as pathetic as I am... I was up til 1 am downloading porn, watching it then deleting it from my computer... That was the first time since leaving Wisconsin that I have gotten aroused... It had to be the adrenaline... I should take more classes or exercise a lot more often! Maybe that will be enough motivation! Shit I even had dreams last night and woke up still wanting it... I wish I could get it! Milwaukee!! It's time to pay me a visit! LOL

Tonight is veggienutboy's first house concert since I have been back. I haven't spoke with him in months so a nice relaxing evening with wine and a live band/singer will be just what I need tonight. Wine, music and friends...
